If you love to fish . . . do yourself a favor and come some October. The entire month is the legendary Annual Destin Fising Rodeo drawing anglers and spectators from all over the world. There are prizes and contests daily. It's great fun and part of the history of the "Luckiest Fishing Village!" If your planning to go charter fishing at this time--make plans way early . . . all the best captains go into the tounament frenzy mode! It's a BIG DEAL!
FYI-Not for the squeamish! Sport fishing, (especially for large fish) is gutsy and graphic--as in any type of hunting. Guys love it--a few women too . . just not me.
